### 第 2 步 - 提交提款请求

选择“Unstake”选项卡，选择提取 nETH 的选项，并指定所需的金额。 请记住，除非您之前通过 NodeDAO 平台质押了 ETH，否则您将无法交换或取消质押 nETH。

### 第 3 步 -  确认交易。

请检查您的钱包余额，nETH将被解押并燃烧。如果赎回池金额足够，ETH将立即发送至您的钱包； 如果赎回池资金不足，取消质押将执行异步退出流程，最多7天，您可以领取退出的ETH。

rnETH的退出，流程相同。
