# 解除质押  并 兑换 FIL

 **提取/收获您的收入**

单击“收获”按钮提取/“收获”您的 FIL 代币

**释放承诺**

**第 1 步：**&#x5728;“Unstake”选项卡下，输入要提取的 nFIL 数量，然后单击“Withdraw”按钮。<br>

**第二步**：用nFIL兑换FIL

方式一：通过SWAPS将nFIL兑换成FIL

单击“交换”图标后，您将被重定向到如下所示的交换页面。

您可以从齿轮图标中选择您的滑点容忍度和交易日期线，您可以从图像中突出显示的箭头图标中切换掉期头寸。<br>
