# NodeDAO Multisig

The responsibilities of the **NodeDAO** safe board members are to monitor and supervise all transactions submitted to the DAO, ensuring that they meet the goals of the NodeDAO community. The board has the right to reject any transaction that is deemed malicious or unauthorized.
